Grape: Pinot Noir Tasting Notes: Cherry, Strawberry, Toast, Almonds Juve & Camps is a family-owned winery located in a small town in the northeastern Penedes region near Barcelona. Founded in 1921 by Joan Juve Baques and his wife, the winerys three-generation history has resulted in an international reputation for producing top-quality Cava and as the most highly regarded Cava producer in Spain. This Rose Brut is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the historic Juve y Camps estate. Free-run juice is macerated then fermented in stainless steel. Following the Methode Traditionnelle, it is aged for a limited time of 12 months in the bottle. The wine is fresh, elegant, exuberant, rich and creamy with lively bubbles and balanced acidity. The fruit forward palate features cherry, strawberry, truffles, toast, plum, raspberry, almonds, and mushroom. Pairs well with pasta, Asian dishes, and jamon Iberico. ORGANIC
