This rich and expressive red from the sub-zone of Serralunga dAlba offers flavors of ripe blackberry, black plum, and dried herbs. Sustainably-grown Nebbiolo grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed before a 4-week maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged for a minimum of about 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and is finished in tanks for a total of 38 months of aging time. Vegan-friendly!
