The Oregon Pinot legacy, spirit, and vision of Dick Erath continue to evolve under acclaimed winemaker Leah Adint. The wine is medium-bodied, dry, balanced, structured, layered, elegant, and refined, with mild tannins and bright acidity. Dark raspberry, blackberry, ripe fig, hazelnut, sage, pomegranate, earth, and subtle oak roll happily over the palate. It will be excellent with veal chops, wild mushrooms, duck, roast beef, lamb, or even grilled salmon.
