Vinous Media 93+ Points The 2020 Corton-Pougets Grand Crus has a classy bouquet, much more understated in style, with brambly red fruit, briar and wilted flowers, but it seems to peak and then becomes a little muffled after 15 minutes. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, elegant in style, and more transparent than its peers, yet it exerts and insistent grip. Nicely composed, it's just the aromatics that leave a question mark, but this will surely acheive a mid-90s score with bottle age. You can see the potential.
