Grape: Trepat, Pinot Noir Tasting Notes: Lively, Cherry, Raspberry, Lemon Zest Old vines make for very good wines; this is one of the key points that make Casas Del Mar different and more complex than other Cava. The Cava Rose Brut is made from 50% Trepat and 50% Pinot Noir grapes. It is produced in the traditional Champagne method. A pretty, lively pink sparkler that it hard to resist. The persistent bubbles are consistent with the best cavas and the old vine Pinot Noir especially gives this Cava it's charming fruit notes.
