This is a very small-production wine, dark rose in color, 100% pinot noir, with a touch of tannin, almost like a sparking burgundy. Full of rich and complex aromas: spiced tea, rose petal, orange peel, dried peach and raspberry compote. Rich and now mature, with 10 years spent on the lees before disgorgement. Hints of mouth watering acidity. It is fully mature and ready to drink now. . Schneider's of Capitol Hill
