After undergoing fermentation in stainless steel, this Cabernet Sauvignon is separated from the skins, and a portion is moved into oak cooperage for extended aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed, leaving just true Cabernet flavor and character. . Composition: 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% of other red wine varietals.
