TOBALÃ (Agave Potatorum) Wild. 48%. . It is a very balanced mezcal with very sweet and noble flavors on the palate. On the nose, an intense sweet stands out, with notes of lemon tea, herbs, an intense stew of mature plants, with a fresh and incomparable smell. Very dry green flavors, with a slight acidity in the middle, sweet and bitter fresh. A particularly strong flavour of countryside, earth, wildflowers, smoke, stone, vanilla, cloves, jasmine, peach and apple.
