ETHICALLY SOURCED, MADE IN COGNAC (France). The ginger roots from India and Sri Lanka are infused for two weeks in neutral alcohol. We then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance. . TASTING NOTES. Style. Hay and straw, rich golden syrup. . Nose.
