A terrific value Cabernet made by noted winemaker Ray Signorello whose very philosophy is to give customers a premium Cabernet Sauvignon, without the premium price. â While the 2010 is approachable now showing lots of lush and juicy fruit flavors, it will also benefit from a little bottles ageing. . The nose opens with sweet dark tobacco and ripe black cherries. This medium body Cabernet Sauvignon tastes of baked black cherry tart, ripe blackberries and wet stone.
