This expression brings the heritage of Vida Clasico, traditionally produced by the Cruz Nolasco family of San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca, to the base of the volcano Popocatépetl, known as the âSmoking Mountain. â Ripe agaves from Puebla are roasted underground, naturally fermented in the local environment rich with volcanic minerals, and twice distilled in small copper stills.
