Made from estate-grown vineyards which are in conversion to organic certifications. Â This is a blend of Rolle and Ugni Blanc, grown on limestone. Â It has delicate floral, apple and apricot aromas and crisply structured palate with surprising length and intensity, given its relatively light weight. Â It should pair well with a range of Mediterranean flavors from garlicy prawns to olives, sundried tomatoes and savory herbs.
