Winemaker's Notes:. Fermenting only in stainless steel tanks with rich red fruit, we get an intense ruby ââcolour. Intense fresh cherry and berries, cinnamon and nutmeg. . A top fresh version of the Agiorgitiko becomes a juicy bomb of herbs and cherry. It is round and youthful, with soft tannins as it has a moderate density. Fruitful, medium-lasting aftertaste. It is even drunk slightly cool. . It accompanies pizzas, grilled meats, light red sauce dishes, but also dishes like moussaka, oil-based veggies, etc. And of course, it is an excellent wine in a glass by itself. Although red, it stands out best chilled at 12-14 ËC
