The Bertrand-Delespierre 'Origines Croisées' Extra Brut Champagne is a tribute to the history of the winery, founded in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand, born from the union of Delespierre family's Pinot Noir and Bertrand family's Chardonnay. The result is an extremely refined champagne that alternates delicate fruity notes with pleasant creamy pastry nuances, and delivers a fresh, smooth and intense sip on the palate
