50% Colombard, 40% Ugni Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Blan. . Vineyards & Viticulture. The vines are planted in Gers and their average age is 30 years. . Soils. Limestone, clay and silica-clay. Harvest & Vinification. The grapes are macerated on their skins for 24 hours. Then slow pneumatic pressing and cold settling for 48 hours. The wine is aged in tank for three months on fine lees.
