This wine is a blend of 80 Grenache (actually, its genetic precursor Ledener Pelleu) with the remainder made up of a pre-phyloxera field blend of grapes nominally Mourvedre and Syrah. Â The grapes are organically farmed using biodynamic methods and no sulphur is used during winemaking, only at bottling.
