Coming from a tiny 0. 6 hectare vineyard which is farmed using organic and biodynamic techniques. Â Composed of a blend of predominantly Grenache with a smaller component of Syrah. Â Aomras are composed of bright strawberry fruit underlain with savory balsamic, iodine, oceanic and chocolate tones. Â The palate is medium bodied with smooth tannins and a generous character of fruit which suggests that drinking on release is not only possible, but encouraged.
