100% Chardonnay: Purity of fruit without the influence of oak. . The cellars are very cool and no oak is used in the fermentation or aging, therefore there is no malolactic fermentation. . This wine is bright with white floral aromas and yellow fruit. On the palate, notes of green apple and citrus fruit enhance the pure Chardonnay varietal character.
