Domaine Faiveley produces its Bourgogne Pinot Noir from both estate-grown fruit and carefully selected grapes sourced from trusted organic growers. This is quite a serious wine for the humble appellation. Plenty of red cherry fruit. A surprising amount of structure on the medium-bodied palate. Bright, almost crisp finish. Matured for six months in oak casks previously used for the 1er and grand cru wines. Drink now.
