Winemaker's Notes:. Perfect pairing with little pastry or local cakes like âfregolotaâ. For those who likes it, we suggest to try it with medium or long aged cheeses, as the Asiago Stravecchio, or with intense blue cheeses. . The grape is dried in a special room for four months to concentrate flavors. The result is a brilliant gold in color with intense aromas of honey, flowers, vanilla and touch of elegant wood spices wine. In the mouth is sweet and full-bodied with excellent balance between acidity and sugar, that makes Torcolato âsweet-not-sweetâ.
