Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante D. O. C. is made from the finest Lambrusco di Sorbara grape clusters, vinified as a single variety. . The wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional method. The bottles are stored at a constant temperature of 12°C for a period of at least 9 months. After rémuage (riddling) and subsequent dégorgement (disgorging), the liqueur dâexpédition is added and the wine is packaged. . Brilliant ruby red in colour, with fine, uninterrupted chains of perlage, characteristic of the Metodo Classico. The nose reveals inviting fragrances of raspberries and juicy wild strawberries, mingled with intriguing citrus notes. On the palate it enters with conviction, as a true Sorbara, then opens up with rich fruity flavours. Pleasant finish, good persistence, excellent balance between acidity and savouriness, clean close.
