Inspired by the summer garden at the Chateau de Bonbonnet, a little nature preserve where flowers, fruit and herbs flourish, Citadelle Jardin dEte is a citrusy twist on Citadelle's original formula that takes you on a delightful ramble, a veritable aromatic postcard from peak summer in Southwest France. In it, Citadelle's core 19 botanicals (including, as always, Citadelle's estate juniper), are rebalanced to accommodate the addition of Charentais melon, whole lemon flesh, and yuzu peel. The gin introduces bright, juicy waves of citrus and the subtle perfume of French cantaloupe.
