The youngest child in a large family holds a unique position â theyâre the recipient of a distinctive focus from both parents and siblings. Just like the last car of the train painted bright red, they stick out. Some of the undeserved attention is positive and some of it is, well, annoying. But a caboose, like a large family, is increasingly rare these days. Both are worth celebrating, ideally with a good bourbon. . Like previous Fathertime releases, The Caboose was created by me and Stu tasting barrels and blending until we found something smooth, balanced, and worth sharing. Each batch is small and carefully selected, and every bottle is personally signed by me â a process that is admittedly a pain in the ass, but ultimately worth it. Much like fatherhood.
