Sourced from parcels at 830â850 metres on sandy and clay soils, it offers an elegant interplay of ripe dark fruit, savory spice, and mineral freshness. . The nose opens with dark florals, black cherry, blackberry and raspberry, complemented by notes of licorice, cocoa and wild rosemary. On the palate, the wine is supple and fleshy, with finely structured tannins and vibrant acidity providing definition and lift. A subtle juniper and herbal character emerges through the finish, adding complexity to the generous fruit. .
