Made in collaboration with the cocktailâs original creator, Ivy Mix, the Tia Mia is a mezcal-driven riff on the Mai Tai. Now widely considered a modern classic, it brings mezcal smoke together with funky, fruity Jamaican rum, layered over citrus and almond. The Tia Mia is the first release in our Proper Establishments series, our way of recognizing the bars that have shaped the way we drink today. Each release pays tribute to a place, the point of view it brought to the table, and the cocktail that carries it forward.
