In the mouth, this is round and rolls along with ease. Flavors of almond and peanut brittle finish long and toasty, with a lasting note of peanut butter. Wine Tasting NotesLight amber. A Classic Amontillado, full bodied and dry, with a softnutty flavors. Very attractive fresh fruit and clean acidity on the palate. This Amontillado also combines well with consome, game soups, cold and smoked meats, foie-gras and many spicy Asian dishes. Alcohol 18%
