Our classic whiskey is done in a traditional bourbon style with a mash bill of predominantly corn, rye, and malted barley. This beautiful handmade whiskey has been aged for 10 months in used American oak bourbon barrels. With a bit of allspice on the nose, subtle traces of vanilla and caramel in the finish. Done in a lighter style, this is a remarkably smooth drinking whiskey. Bottled in a custom Abner Doubleday Baseball Decanter.
