Pale straw-yellow. A hint of diesel fuel complicates apple and white flowers on the enticing nose. Then juicy and very bright, offering sharply chiseled flavors of apple, baked pear, cloves and sweet spices. Finishes long and dense, with outstanding, penetrating lemony cut.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Complex and elegant with notes of mature fruit such as pears and citurs, with hints of honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. Rich and ripe in the mouth with good length. Ideal with risotto, seafood, and elaborate fish dishes.
