The Eberle Zinfandel showcases three of Paso Robles finest Zinfandel vineyards: the reputable Steinbeck, CoCaVin and Wine-Bush Vineyards. Together, the fruit from these three vineyards results in a Zinfandel that is rich, yet elegant and well-balanced. Aromas of strawberry jam with a hint sarsaparilla fill the nose, while the palate is a silky combination of ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit with a touch sweet toast oak and chewy tannins.
