The intoxicating aroma of this wine draws your nose deeper and deeper into the glass with hints of fig, lychee, kiwi, sage and lemongrass. The pallet is quite expansive for a wine with this kind of acidity. The flavors offer pear, lemongrass, toasted pine nuts and fig. The 10% addition of Semillon adds depth and complexity and a nice hint of fullness and oily texture. You can still taste the wine a full minute after your last sip!
