La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Lechet 2016 wburg191-od
Light pale gold color, clear and brilliant wine. 1st nose still "retained" with very sweet spices, a woody note and white fruits. Relaxes with aeration and has a forcal palette and a calcareous mineral. Long lasting. Very fine texture in the mouth, fine, limestone, fruity and floral. Great length in mouth with lots of potential to come. Very "young" wine and magnificent presentation of terroir.
