Aromas of stewed cranberry, nutmeg, dried roses and a hint of meat show on the nose of this bottling. There's plenty of vibrant, peppery acidity on the sip, as well as cracked pepper flavors, alongside baked raspberry and sour cherry.
This vintage was an extremely small crop and gives us a dense expression of Pinot Noir. 7 clones in 12 different fermentation lots allow blending layers of complexity and finesse.
