Tightly woven aromas of cranberry, soft leather and gravelly minerality show on the nose of this bottling from the vineyard that surrounds this winery. There's good grip to the palate, where flavors of turned soil, sagebrush and tart cherry make for an intriguingly rustic sip.
A fancifully complex perfume of purple freesia, allspice, black raspberry, spicy mulberry and black cherry. These components repeat on the palate showing depth, richness and a velvety texture.
