A first for K Vintners, this fruit was sourced from the Sunset and Evergreen vineyards, and supervised by winemaker, Brennon Leighton. Cool climate characteristics are shown in the form of unripe berry and juicy acid flavors. There's a slight natural herbaceousness, as well.
Lime leaves and anise lead to lip-smacking acidity with a healthy dose of minerality. There is just something about this wine, an "I don't know what" level of complexity that makes this Sauvignon Blanc a real class act!
