Nose: Huge red wine and dark fruits, almost enveloping the whole nose, with some heavily charred oak and fudge behind.
Sip: Thick and oily with a forward dry sweetness of a plummy red wine, cherry pie and burnt sugar. Immediately, a heavy, bitter charred oak and some sweet pipe tobacco takes over and keeps hitting long into the finish.
Finish: Picks up with the big oak, bitter, dry baker?s chocolate and some red jam
