Smog City's Kumquat Saison Style Ale is created in partnership with Food Forward, a community powered non-profit organization which rescues fresh produce that would otherwise go to waste. Normally, this produce is donated to agencies serving those in need, but occaisonally they come upon fruit like kumquats, fruits that hunger relief agencies have little use for.
At Smog City, we believe in supporting Food Forward's effort to harvest food, fight hunger, and build community. This award-winning seasonal Saison Style ale directly benefits those efforts
