El Silencio Joven Mezcal, is an artisanal, hand crafted spirit made in San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca by Master Mezcalier Pedro Hernández, a ninth-generation “Maestro Mezcalero”. El Silencio produces only “Premium” and “Super-premium” 100% Agave Mezcal. As an organic Mezcal, we use only the finest and carefully selected 10-12 year old Agaves, our products are handmade in small batches resulting in the smoothest, most elegant, and delightfully complex expressions in the market.
