Among the indigenous people who have called the Calchaqui Valley home for centuries, Amalaya translates as Hope For a Miracle. From the sparse desert climate the miracle arrives with the flourishing of exceptionally flavorful and complex grapes which allow winemakers to craft wines of distinction, worthy of this special place.
