Yasmin White is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a small amount of Emerald Riesling grapes harvested in the winery’s vineyards in Binyamina and the Jezreel Valley.
Wine maker notes
Flash-pasteurized using an in-line procedure, which heats the juice for a few seconds prior to fermentation. Fermentation proceeds very slowly over one month at cool temperatures, ensuring that the aromas are retained in the fermenting wine.
A delightful reception wine, and a perfect match with passed hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes.
