Wine maker notes
Grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed in the winery. The sparkling wine is created in the Italian Charmat method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a short secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 30 days. The wine is then promptly bottled and released. The platinum bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness.

An excellent choice for any celebration or occasion! This luxurious wine is best enjoyed with others on a night out for drinks and dinner. Pairs well with lighter fare and a variety of desserts including custards, fruit tarts and chocolate desserts.
