| The grapes are handpicked and pressed immediately. The skin stays in contact with the must for 12 hours in order to create a beautiful pink color. The Italian Charmat method is used, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a short secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 40 days. The wine is then stabilized for 10 days before being bottled and released. |
