Tequila Avion is made using the finest Blue Weber Agave in the highest regions of Jalisco, Mexico (7,000 feet above sea level). This elevation creates more depth and character in the agave. The Agave is low roasted in brick ovens under low temperatures. Afterwards, Ultra Slow Filtration occurs removing all particles to create the smoothest tequila possible. The entire process takes 10x longer than the traditional technique, creating a moment of elevation.
Elevated Margarita2 oz. Avion Silver, 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice, 1 oz. Agave Nectar. In a cocktail shaker, add all of the ingredients with ice. Shake and strain. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
