| Pale yellow with a considerable fragance, includingthe scent of acacia flowers and ripe apricots. Tasteful, well balanced and with a persistent taste. The grapes, used for this very special wine, are not only the usual Garganega and Trebbianella qualities, bus also antique Garganega varieties, fallen into disuse, that our house, in search of local vineyards with outstanding characteristics, and limited quantities, grows again in a special vinyard (called Capel del Prete, which means ”Priest’s hat” because of its shape). Harvest in September. |
