| Our winery, belonging to the Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas, is located in the Salnes Valley, along the Umia River where Albarino grape reaches its maximum expression. This modern winery, opened in 2009, has been created following the spirit, philosophy and values that inspire our established corporate culture. In its modern facilities, the Rectoral do Umia winery is focused on making fine wines, always using the latest techniques and in accordance with strict criteria to ensure the excellence of its wines, which is consistent throughout the year. Our production, including all the brands we produce, adds to 1 Million Bottles, which makes us one of the most important wineries in the Denomination of Origin. Currently, the winery’s capacity is 2,700,000 litres. Our grapes come from 130 hectares of vineyards located in the Salnes Valley and we count on the collaboration of more than 200 growers in the area who have professionalized their work in recent years, working closely with the winery in the various controls that are carried out along the year in the select vineyards. |
