The Euganean hills of Padua in the Veneto region in Italy Grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed in the winery. The sparkling wine is created in the Italian Charmat method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a short secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 30 days. The wine is then promptly bottled and released. The platinum bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness. 6. 5% abv
